I always liked the styling of the 7002 better though. I love the rectangular indices. And I agree that it would be nice if it had a made-in-japan movement. The "C" type 7S26 is known to have some problems, and it's generally just not as robust as the 7002

But such fantastic watches. Even cheaper (and in a few cases more robust) in years past. Here's my 7002:

And I find the 7002 to be just at the upper limit for me. Even if it looks a bit big, it’s still great fun to wear.
